Return and Refund
Bought a product from us and changed your mind? Have to return for any reason? We are here for you.
We have a 30-day free returns policy, starting when your order is delivered.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy. Items must be returned undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
How to return an item?

What are the requirements?
Items have to be in new condition with the original tags. Packages must have contacted us to be accepted.
How long do I have until I can't return an item?
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it. For a full refund, return the package within 2 days. Returning packages is the responsibility of the returning party alone.

Refunds
Once your return has been received, processing can take up to 6 calendar days.
When your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchange
Size exchange is available for FREE if the item(s) is unused and still has all the tags attached.
A request for an exchange can be made within 10 days of delivery.
Please state the exchange reason and your desired size when contacting our customer service team at office@dropluxeboutique.com
Once our team accepts the exchange request and the return address provided through email, customers must return the item to us within 10 days with the return tracking number provided.
Return of goods will not be accepted if the products/boxes are damaged/not in their original condition or if the tags are removed.
Faulty items
If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn't quite match the description on our website, contact our global Customer Service team as soon as possible. We'll arrange a return and process a full refund for the faulty item.
